Interstate 95 South in Hanover has reopened after an accident that lead to an overturned tractor-trailer and thousands of pounds of spilled laundry detergent.
NBC12 News reports that the accident involved the tractor trailer, which was hauling 40,000 pounds of laundry detergent, and two other vehicles.
No major injuries were reported and all lanes were back open as of this morning.
In 2013, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration reported that 3,906 large trucks were involved in fatal crashes, 73,000 were involved in injury crashes, and 265,000 were involved in property damage only crashes.
