ReidGoodwin Attorneys attend 2018 Virginia Worker’s Compensation Commission Educational Conference & Exhibition
Last week, the attorneys of ReidGoodwin attended a Virginia Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference & Exhibition at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. This two day event, held October 17 & 18, was jointly sponsored by the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and the International Workers’ Compensation Foundation.
The goal of this conference was to educate all those who participate in the Virginia workers’ compensation system by utilizing breakout sessions. During these sessions, presenters covered topics regarding current rules, procedures, policies and forms, while to providing an opportunity for dialogue among these participants. ReidGoodwin’s attorneys were joined by an array of attendees including Workers’ Compensation (WC) Claimant’s attorneys, defense attorneys, insurance adjusters, and WC commissioners and staff.
