RG Attorneys Continue Education to Better Serve Clients
This past weekend, Attorneys from ReidGoodwin attended the VTLA’s 59th Annual Convention in Williamsburg, Virginia. At the convention the attorneys interacted with their peers and judges from across Virginia. Each year, the attorneys continue their education and stay current on important topics facing them each day with seminars at the convention.
This year, topics at the convention included jury selection, ethics of representing brain injured clients, Voir Dire in Virginia, Workers’ Comp Liens in Personal Injury Cases, and Cyber-security. Additionally, the convention featured a conversation with Chief Justice Lemons from the Supreme Court of Virginia. Brody Reid from ReidGoodwin was honored to introduce a speaker at this year’s convention.
ReidGoodwin was honored to be elected to leadership positions at the Convention. Brad Goodwin was re-appointed to chair the annual advanced Workers’ Compensation retreat in the fall and Brody Reid was elected to the VTLA Board of Governors as a Governor-at-large. Brad and Brody look forward to helping serve the organization in favor of access to justice for all in Virginia.
