Mother of three killed in single-vehicle wreck

February 23, 2015- Chesterfield, Va.

Natali E. Castellanos-Tyler, 30-year old mother of three, died on Saturday afternoon after her 2002 Ford Explorer crashed into a tree. The single-vehicle accident occurred at approximately 2:00 PM on the 15400 block of Genito Road.

Thankfully, Castellanos-Tyler’s young daughter who was also in the car at the time of the crash sustained only minor injuries.

While accidents involving only one car are normally assumed to be the fault of the driver, it is unclear what caused Castellanos-Tyler to lose control of her vehicle. If a defective car part, poorly maintained roadways, the negligent driving of another vehicle caused the accident, Castellanos-Tyler’s family may be entitled to wrongful death compensation. An experienced wrongful death attorney will investigate all possible causes for the wreck in order to ensure justice for the defendant and their loved ones in the wake of such unimaginable loss.
