ReidGoodwin was once again a proud sponsor of the Kids Chance of Virginia 2016 Golf Classic yesterday at Hunting Hawk Golf Club. It was a beautiful day for golf, but a better day to raise money for this great mission. This year Kid’s Chance Golf Classic brought out more than 100 golfers and raised $55,000 to fund scholarships for 22 Virginia Students. 100% of the donations will be used to fund scholarships.
Kids Chance of Virginia is very near and dear to our hearts here at ReidGoodwin. Founded in 2011, Kids Chance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit which provides post-secondary and trade school scholarships to the children of Virginia workers who have been severely or fatally injured in a workplace accident. At ReidGoodwin, we are passionate about assisting those who have been injured at work and we are happy that we can help try and provide a better future for families that have been devastated by a work place accident.
