For the month of January, the law firm of ReidGoodwin, PLC awarded Westover Hills Elementary School the $500.00 Reading Corner Grant! The ReidGoodwin Reading Corner Grant will be used towards the purchase of additional books for Westover Hill’s community reading initiative and to give each student a book on their birthday! ReidGoodwin is excited to invest in Westover Hill Elementary’s library and students by helping to grow their selection of books.
ReidGoodwin, headquartered in Richmond, has a history of community engagement – partnering with the likes of Richmond Animal League (RAL), FeedMore, JDRF, The Giving Heart, Ronald McDonald House, Safe Harbor, Angel Tree, and more. Now, more than ever, our communities need responsible corporate citizens that give back to their community. “ReidGoodwin’s Reading Corner” is a natural extension to give back to the children in our community and support the educators and libraries in Richmond’s public schools.
For the month of February, ReidGoodwin will be awarding another $500.00 to a school to be used towards any project or need, such as purchasing new books for the library or new supplies. If your library or school has a specific need please submit a short proposal by Friday, February 22, 2019
